'Think about something you don't know how to do or are currently struggling with. Try saying out loud "I can't do ___ ." Try it again but add one word onto the end: "I can't do ___ yet." The difference can be transformational. It's also part of a growth mindset (the first illustrates a fixed mindset). I'll talk about strategies for developing a growth mindset, applying it to your career, and getting solidly on the path to where you want to be.
