Whether you completed your law degree at the University of Chicago or not, if you enjoy meeting other lawyers or simply have an affinity for the Law, you're welcome to join us on Wednesday, June 12.
Cost: Self - host
Register on the right side of the page.
The University of Chicago Alumni Law Society is kicking off its first event with a casual, fun happy hour at the Old Ebbitt Grill in downtown Washington. The purpose of the get together is to meet up with others interested in the Law and find like minded alumni interested in participating to build the group, support each other, develop programming, and attend interesting, worthwhile events. www.ebbitt.com
The group will meet in the Corner Bar, to the left as you enter Old Ebbitt from 15th Street NW, at the far (north) end of the Corner Bar. There should also be UChicago signs and the glow in the air that comes from being a proud Maroon! Still can't locate the group? Call Chuck Schilke, AB'81 at 202.906.9879
Registration is not required but we ask that you do so that we know how many to expect. If you can't make it on June 12 but are interested in learning more about the group and possibly joining, contact Chuck Schilke at [email protected]
Directions: Short walk from Metro Center stop on Metrorail (Red, Orange, and Blue lines). Take exit at 13th & G NW, and walk to the left (west) on G Street for 2 blocks, turn left on 15th Street NW to Old Ebbitt's main entrance. If driving, the Old Ebbitt offers $10 valet parking after 6 PM.
