From Maroon Editor to Bridge Champion: An Evening with Bob Levey, AB’66 |
Hosted by Paul Bernstein, AB'72: Fairfax, VA
Cost: Free
Registration Required: Please contact Paul Bernstein, AB'72, directly
Each month, usually on a Sunday evening, the DC-area UChicago Bridge Club meets to test our skills and challenge each other to do better. Sometimes we play in the suburbs, sometimes in the District. We welcome alumni, current students, friends, spouses, partners, and parents, and encourage players of all skill levels to join us. To join the bridge group's online list, send any message, even a blank one, to [email protected], then reply to the confirmation message.
To celebrate our bridge group’s 12th year, join us for an evening with broadcast personality and former Washington Post columnist Bob Levey, AB’66. Bob will talk about how learning bridge in Pierce Tower and playing duplicate in Ida Noyes Hall led to his becoming a national tournament winner and Gold Life Master. Then we’ll play bridge under Bob’s guidance. Space is limited.
