Each month, usually on a Sunday evening, the DC-area UChicago Bridge Club meets to test our skills and challenge each other to do better. Sometimes we play in the suburbs, sometimes in the District. We welcome alumni, current students, friends, spouses, partners, and parents, and encourage players of all skill levels to join us.
On Columbus Day, join us as we explore bridge conventions. How do Jacoby transfers work? When should you use Blackwood? What about the short club? We’ll discuss these and other bidding issues, followed by practicing what we learned. All experience levels are welcome. Even if you have master points, you might learn something—or help us learn something!

Participation is free, though we occasionally share the price of delivery pizza. To help us plan each game, please RSVP to that month’s host.
