The contract is four spades. Now what? Join us for an evening with broadcast personality and former Washington Post columnist Bob Levey, AB’66. A national tournament winner who learned bridge in Pierce Tower and first played duplicate in Ida Noyes Hall, Bob will share tips he’s learned about card-playing along his way to becoming a Gold Life Master. Then we’ll play bridge under Bob’s guidance.
There should be relatively ample street parking around the building on both New Hampshire and M Street but it may require some searching, however as it is Sunday the meters will be off. In terms of metro accessibility there are two options.
1) The Dupont Circle stop on the red line. From the South entrance walk down to the corner of 19th and N. Cross the street and then continue two blocks until you are the corner of N and New Hampshire Ave, make a left onto New Hampshire and the apartment building is at the end of the block.
2) You can also walk from the Foggy Bottom metro stop. Make a left when getting of the escalator and walk up to Washington Circle. Exit the circle onto New Hampshire Ave and walk up approximately four blocks until you cross 21st Street. The apartment building will be on your right the first building on New Hampshire after you cross 21st.
